Hi

Has anyone made payment yet for internet. I have been asked to make payment by credit card to a2z bank account but not sure how to do this. Any help appreciated.

 I assume this payment is for the Modem to be fitted as the service is paid by direct debit.

If it is for the Modem then call them and pay over the phone.

Thank you, never thought of that, when they gave me their bank account number I thought there wasnt another option.

I will phone them and sort it out.

I called A2Z on Friday, following an email I'd recieved from them confirming the details.  I left a message (as the line(s) were busy!) but I got a call back, gave them the card details over the phone and the engineer is coming round on Thursday to install the modem.  It was surprisingly quick and simple.   They are at CDA on Tuesdays and Thursdays to do the installations.
