HI ALL , I PAID MY WATER BILL ON 11 JAN  199.94 EUROS , NOW TODAY I HAVE HAD 167.48 EUROS TAKEN OF MY BANK , WILL THE WATER BILL BE COMING OFF EVERY QUARTER ?

the bill you paid in Jan was for the cnx. of the meter [ 199.94 eur.]

the other bill will be for water used, although it seems quite high.

yes they take it every quarter
