If I remember rightly the theme park is close to the Junction of the RM 2 and the RM 23 and approx 5km from Condado de Alhama and not too far from Alhama de Murcia. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong with the directions.
At the moment Polaris dont own the land for the further two golf courses or (as far as I'm aware) the land where the Oasis shopping mall should have been. In fact they own very little on CdA as the Banks took much of Polaris's holdings in CdA to cover PW's debts. So unless PW start buying back parcels of land these facilites are unlikely to happen and even if they do plan to buy back land and develop they may change what they originally planned as much of the permission will have run out of time and will have to be revisited meaning they could do different things. Alternatively another developer could buy into the resort to do some development but as far as i'm aware there aren't even any rumours about those possibilities. Al Kasar is what passes for a town centre and has plenty of empty store units but has just The Clover Bar, a restaurant (open seasonally), a golf shop, Polaris sales office and Milenium's offices (resort administrators) and a supermarket.
The only thing that is supposed to be in the pipeline is a temporary clubhouse for the existing golf course- which is to be supplied by Olagolf who now run it as this was something else Polaris had to pass over to the Banks. Ages ago someone posted that this temporary clubhouse was only going to be somewhere to pay for the golf, rent the buggies and might include the golf shop and will house a few drinks machines.. But I dont think anyone really knows and most people are hoping it will have a few showers and somewhere to change and have a bar.
