rough on golf course

Please excuse me if this has been discussed recently,

I have been unable to visit my apartment for some time. I have just seen some photos of the course at Terraraz De La Torre which is where I was intially destined to buy, I thought development started after CDA, could be mistaken.  The rough areas on TDLT appear to be enjoying some very developed grasses which (from photos granted) appear 2ft+ high and disguise the dirt.

I know that on CDA they have planted  similar grasses. Have they reached a similar proportion and hidden the large areas of dirt surrounding the course??

This is not written in any critical fashion, I genuinley wondered.....

 The rough at Condado is developing slowly, it has a different soil so will develope much slower than Las Tarrasas

On Terrazas only 4 holes are mature as they were planted a long time before the rest of the course. The 4 holes nearest first blocks are mature. the rest of the course will take a few years.
