Can we suggest Carol Millar.
When we first visited Condado it was to have a close look @ our apartment & measure etc/
We stayed in a great apatrtment in Jardin 12 & Carol was the apartment manager.
Unfortunatly we arrived in Murcia late in the evening & got very lost.
So much so that we were about 2 hours late & it was well after midnight before we entered the Condado site.
We had been given Carols contact details & had telephoned her aboutt 1 hour before hand . She gave us all the details as to how to get back on the right roads etc . She was waiting for us as we pulled into the parking area She met us with a smile that put us at ease. She took her time explaning about the air con etc.
We were so impressed with her and all the help she gave us whilst we were there that we asked her to be our key holder too,
Every time we have a problem large or small, she is there for us. Infact it was because she does regular checks on your apartment that we were alerted to a damp patch . Carol made all of the arangements for us so we did not have to go over.
If she can`t help she knows of people who can
She has a great team around her too.
Carol has been our Property manager for three years now & we can highly recommend her, we concider her a great friend too
