can anyone confirm if Alan our vice president is OK? 

Hi Carol,  we have not been over to Spain since October so dont know what is going on.  Is Alan not well?   We must be due to have the Agm but have not heard anything also fees are due.  Everybody seems to have gone to ground .  Have you heard anything.  Jan and Alan

Hi Guys

Im just back from Spain. Alan had a stroke on the 13th of December. At the moment he is not that well. He has speech difficuties and is paralysed down his left side. He in hospital In torreveija and has a long road ahead of him. I called to see him  a few times while I was over as Eileen needed lifts to the hospital. It is just so hard on this lovely woman as she spends all day everday with him.  He has always been so helpful to me and others and I certainly missed his presence around the comlpex.  So that where we stand at the moment.

Hi Marie, thanks for the news we are going over to Spain in a few weeks and will certainly help Eileen all we can.  It is so sad to hear about Alan we wish him well.   He has been so good to us all the past couple of years if there is anything we can do let us know.  Jan

 Sorry to hear about Alan we also wish him well.  Was going to ask the same question. Is the administrator still Andres Ruiz in Guadamar and have there been any reductions in the fees for this year?

      Just an update for you,Alan will be coming home on Friday 11th March.He has been in a centre for some weeks,he still is unable to walk or use his left hand.We hope that with ongoing treatment he will be able to recover fully.

 Other news  Manos bar has now changed to Montgomerys and.the new park in Benimar is looking good .

   On the community  we now have the electrics working on both blocks.The gates in the pool area have been covered with artificial  grass to give more privacy and the painting has been completed.

Hi, Thanks for the update, I am glad Alan is recovering. I heard about Manos changing hands, is it any better ? I have had an email from the administrators who says the comunity fees are the same this year.  It sounds like things are going ok with the community. We will be there in a couple of weeks for a few days cant wait to see how things are going.
