We use Liberty Seguros they charge 82 euros per year but that includes public liability insurance to cover if you rent it out.

you can get your non resident tax done in Quesada for 40 euros no appointment needed. It ia the fiscal office behind the Steak House.

Hi all

 

 We have paid our fees by Bank transfere but the bank asked for the beneficiary name I hope it is Residencial Brisas Del Mar 1! 

I have emailed to ask for a recepept but had no reply can anyone give the coreect address again please?
