The photos that you have posted on the web page are not the original bathrooms that were in the showhouse when it first opened.  They were open plan under the sinks and not with vanity units (we have been informed these bathrooms were for La Recolleta developement. (you can see the main bathroom does not have two sinks).  When the show house was first built - we were told by the staff that the layouts were for La Recolleta because La Entrada was sold.  I would now assume that the alterations have been re designed either for the latest development or a new one waiting to be released.

After you have signed for the property - you complete a snagging list and submit it to the builder.

The builders will then inspect the property and authorise the snags to be corrected, that you have on your list (agree more than decline).

The snagging will then begin to take place - can take time due to getting all the different subcontractors on site - but they must complete within 12 months on you signing.

We have had 3 new wall units, a complete base unit, 3 big doors, 1 small door and 4 small drawer fronts all in a similar wood design/colour fitted by a small independent company from Torrevieja. They are called Marin,  they manufacture everything themselves and there is a small showroom on site.  They are in a small road behind the big ferreteria on the roundabout by the league of nations park (off main road). The cost of all the above units etc was about 2000 Euros with fitting.

 

Also with regards to your snagging - the builders do take some time to get them rectified - ours have only just been finished and we signed in February - but they do get done.

Whilst out in last week - we managed to put  in the code incorrectly on the alarm as we entered the apartment.  It made a funny noise and then the high pitched noise/bleeping.  Within a few minuted the security guard was ringing our doorbell.

In fact this was the second time that we had put the code in incorrectly and the alarm has gone off (previously in August) - and also on that occasion the security guard came to our apartment to check.

So therefore the alarm/guard system does seem to be working.
