hello,

I bought a property in vista hermosa,  i am not happy with the eco wall and the state the  the community is in.   to get the promaga contractors in to finish a job is soo hard.  i have just got them to put the sprinkler in the garden after a year, and stll they have not finish and my garden is in a state.  i feel like i was miss sold as all the pictures of the complex and  and all the talk does not match up. they have cut alot of corners.  if you llok at San Roque Alcaidesa etc..it is tally different.  I paid a lot for he 4 bedroom house.

every time I go to spain I spend so much time in promaga chasing them to do work on the house.  help!

Hi,

Hi,

What phase are you from because the worst one seems to be phase 4????

What problems do you have with the eco walls, frankly I do not like them either but as long as they hold well and eventually we see some greenery instead of the iron rods it would be much better (it will take some time though).

Honestly the best that could happen is that Promaga defaults and then the properties would belong to the banks (Unicaja and Banesto) and then the estate would be in a much better condition. Honestly I am not happy either I am from phase 2 and not even the pool is finished but I am hopeful that with time the community will be better off and the estate will be in a much better condition.

I think we all share your view, the only positive thing for me is that I will not live there permanently so I hope the estate will be in a better shape for summer 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi,

I am in the 2nd phase.  the town houses.    I had to chase them to fill the top of the eco wall 3 times since i have moved  in and all the soil are still settlingand  going in the gutter at the bottom.  the only part of the wall that the so called gardner looked after is the wall where the office is next to the pool that's opened.

they have flat roof on the property and when they had the heavy rain in december last year, it was leaking in the house and causing a lot of danm problem , which was on the furniture and the bed.  there is a small chimney breast on all the properties and if it rains heavily it dripsdown in the house.

the gardener is two boys who drags a tesco trolley around with the minimum tool, who is trying to keep the complex clean, . IT IS NOT WORKING.  theres three wheelie bins for the whole complex, thank god it gets emptied daily, but doesnt stop the spanish i presume dumping their rubbish where they want.

the funny thing is that the owner mr gavira is seeing this spanish teenage girl in vista hermosa  near the office and you will think that he will be embarass by the state of the place.

does anyone know how to get connected to the local tv .  we were looking to move there later on permanently.

anyway  make sure  you do the snagging list.

Hi,

I am also from phase 2 (bolck 13) opposite the unopened pool, I also have eco walls but I do not have this problem with the soil nor damp problems that I am aware of.

I do not live there permanently but I would also like to see the place in a better shape. I spoke to the Vicepresident of the community and he assured me that things are being resolved and that they will start ixing the second pool in time for next summer. He seemed hopefull that things will get better but there is certainly a long way to go to reach perfection.

As for the TV I heard that you would have to go for Telefonica which has a package called "Trio Plus" TV canal plus Internet and telephone. The alternative is get your own dish with SKY for example but I have not yet done this as I am fixing the house I have a ground floor and if you look just opposite the closed pool you will see a garden with artificial grass that's mine!

Anyway hopefully it will get better although I do not know about your problem with the soil which block are you from?

That is the only thing which if I were you I would get an independant review of your garden and why it's loosing soil that is not normal and has to be loooked into.
