I apologise but having read all previous blogs I am way behind on this whole issue. My apartment I have been tracking since January 2007 upon paying my deposit...Have been to the area now in total 7 TIMES to take pictures , video and generally just make sure things were moving ...??!!
In the meantime I HEARD NOTHING from ADH, NOTHING from LOS until I went to their office this February 09. Nothing from PROMAGA at all ..... apart from the couple of occasions when I managed to corner them on site .....then when I gave them the impression , deliberately to test the waters, that I might be interested in purchasing another unit...they all of a sudden were emailing me with plans and prices.I have the individuals names who tried this on with me and have their business cards also but do not feel it appropraite at this time to print them.
I had face to face confrontations with Mr.Larry Reynolds , the f........... who pushed this as an investment that could be moved on / flipped near to completion....and further meetings with ADH PEOPLE ... in my eyes they were a complete joke. I pushed `til I was told eventually that Mr.Reynolds no longer worked for ADH..... I felt from a long way back i was in a little trouble with this investment.
I have just recived a request from LOS for 6,500 euros to fight the case for return of deposits. Are any of you on board with this???
