I am also from phase 2 (bolck 13) opposite the unopened pool, I also have eco walls but I do not have this problem with the soil nor damp problems that I am aware of.

I do not live there permanently but I would also like to see the place in a better shape. I spoke to the Vicepresident of the community and he assured me that things are being resolved and that they will start ixing the second pool in time for next summer. He seemed hopefull that things will get better but there is certainly a long way to go to reach perfection.

As for the TV I heard that you would have to go for Telefonica which has a package called "Trio Plus" TV canal plus Internet and telephone. The alternative is get your own dish with SKY for example but I have not yet done this as I am fixing the house I have a ground floor and if you look just opposite the closed pool you will see a garden with artificial grass that's mine!

Anyway hopefully it will get better although I do not know about your problem with the soil which block are you from?

That is the only thing which if I were you I would get an independant review of your garden and why it's loosing soil that is not normal and has to be loooked into.

What problems do you have with the eco walls, frankly I do not like them either but as long as they hold well and eventually we see some greenery instead of the iron rods it would be much better (it will take some time though).

Honestly the best that could happen is that Promaga defaults and then the properties would belong to the banks (Unicaja and Banesto) and then the estate would be in a much better condition. Honestly I am not happy either I am from phase 2 and not even the pool is finished but I am hopeful that with time the community will be better off and the estate will be in a much better condition.

I think we all share your view, the only positive thing for me is that I will not live there permanently so I hope the estate will be in a better shape for summer 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

Even though the place is place half empty it is not that bad!

The place should be up and running soon including the pools, and there are always teething problems but the flats in phase 2 (at least my block 13) look okay.

Bur when you went for snagging were the walls okay?

If there was dampness you could probably smell it no?

I really do not think that with the summer there is going to be any dampness no?

I want to complete because I bought the house a long time ago 2004 and after seven years I would like to have something. Problem is that I could have these sort of problems once I complete or connect the water or electricity.

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH why is this so difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
