Just heard from my Lawyer that they have received a proposal from Manuel Gavira (the Owner of Promaga) to be directed to all Vista Hermosa clients.
Basically, he is saying that if we complete on the property, Promaga will pay the mortgage for 3 years. They will also pay for the associated legal fees.
OK, you can get up off the floor now !!!!
That's all I know at this stage. As you can imagine, I have lots of questions for my Lawyer. This sounds too good to be true, which usually means that there is a catch.
If anyone knows anything else about this, let us know. Also, if there are any issues you want me to enquire about, or any catches you think that might be lurking in this, let me know.
