fitted kitchens phse 3

I  got an email today from my lawyer stating that he had received a letter from Promaga stating that kitchens would not  be included in the apartments.
in compensation they will give two options
1)   a 6,000 Euro reduction on the price of the property
or
2)   they will assemble the kitchens by express request of the clients, this assembly will be done once the clients have completed the purchase of the property.
they also state that the First Occupation License has been granted.
and finally they say they want completion in  two weeks.

i will be telling my lawyer that i will not complete until the kitchens are finished and i hope everyone else takes the same  position.
it seems clear to me that they have not got the money to complete the kitchens, anyone care to comment on the legal situation regarding this.
i was shown two different showhouses and was told the kitchens came fully fitted, has anybody got this in writing or a brochure?

I had a property on the Alta Vista site in Alcaidesa, which is also a Promaga site. We were told that it was ready for completion last Oct 2007 and we had it snagged at this time.

None of the kitchen fittings had been fitted, and after our 3rd visit in May 2008 they still had not been fitted.

There was a posting on the Alta Vista forum that some properties had kitchen fittings, but as the supplier had not been paid for these deliveries, subsequent deliveries were removed as the supplier had not been paid.

I am sure that the kitchen fittings are part of the specification and contract, so how they can achieve an LFO without the spec being complete is beyond me, but I have learnt over the years that Promaga are definitely not to be trusted.
