As we know the rainy season is about on us,and the last time we had the bad weather the rain just seems to drive straight at the door of the apartment with the patio flooding and the apartment ,i have been intouch with polaris but i dont think anything will be happening the rain just flooded the patio that does not help when we have outlets to let the water out which is about a 150mm opening but once they put the plastic drains on it is reduced to a 50mm outlet which just backs up with the water going into the apartment, i am thinking of putting a clear glass canopy over the door entrance so that when it rains it will run off and over the balcony also stop the driving rain i thought if it is in clear glass it will not stand out and look out of place this is the last option as polaris will not be doing anything, does anybody know who i need to contact to see if this is ok,i know that some owners have just done what they like and nobody seems to bother them,
