Urbaser on Naranjos

Hi

I have heard that Urbaser are on Naranjos connecting meters. Does anyone know how we can contact them to check that they have our correct details, and can you get an english speaking person to speak to.

We gave our details to PW back in 2008 when we bought but things got pretty messed up with Iberdrola and we would like to avoid this if possible with our water supply.

I got my contact at the bank to call them yesterday on my behalf to make sure they had my details but they couldn't find them !!!

They were asked if the bank could fax over everything but was told it was pointless as they had no owners list to cross-referance against, all very confusing.

I will e-mail my key holder to let me know when they start on my Jardine so that I can contact them again.

Does anyone have an email address for Urbaser ? I've emailed them on info@urbaser.com but I get an automated message saying its undeliverable. Just wanting to drop them a line making sure they have all the details they need so we don't come over to find no running water !

I too am keen to ensure Urbaser have my correct details, as it was 2 years since we completed and it wouldn't surprise me if PW did not pass my details onto them, or Urbaser have lost them.

Like others though, I am also finding it diificult to contact them.  Both the info@urbaser.com and info@urbaser.es emails do not work, and I am not convinced my spanish is up to trying to phone them, so does anybody have a foolproof way of contacting them.

 The mail for contact with urbaser in Alhama is agarridom@urbaser.com or dmas@urbaser.com

 But be warned, you will need to write in Spanish.  If you can't then best to use something like google to get a translation.
