I am on phase one and have the following for sale,

sorry cot and bungee sold 

Single fold up bed and mattress  £35 or €45  

I will be over on the 17th - 25th April, last week in July and first 2 weeks in August.  I may be over first 2 weeks in June

We went to mucia furniture while we were over, returned last week , they had very little furniture in the place , and what was their was on offer,no body came to see if we wanted any help did think they may be re-socking, but seems now you may be right .

Hi

we pay on phase one  207.80 euros ever three months next one due end of July but our first year we were paying 353 euros ever two months so it is much cheaper now I think it was because only phase one was built now you are helping to bring done the costs.

Just got back after 4 weeks break, all of the ( 7) islas apartment bases are complete these are the ones near the apartments on the road to the town centre I will put some photos on this site but the main photos will be posted on fotothis web site . The construction of the 10 apartment blocks stuctures are just about complete and brick work is well under way. The penthouse pools  clieve mentioned , I am afraid to say are just as dirty . They have now covered the roof of the Hacienda I have taken photos of the inside, also of the town centre buildings,  I have been told the golf course will be open in November and the town centre will be open then but with what I have seen they will need to increase the workers ,but after saying that they are still doing a lot of ground work, I think they will only open the golf course when the 10 apartments are complete. Supermarket ( temp) is open 9.30-14.30 Mon-Fri  Thinking of opening Sat Going back in September will give more info then.
