My guess is that PW will still say they have plans to build in the Mirador, Golf Suites and Villa area's but they just havent got a release date. They may well be looking at modifications of plans for those areas. But until the glut of properties reduces I doubt they can build, though it would be excellent if they got a strip of villas near the entrance-as it opens up the resort to a different set of owners and holiday makers. All that said other builders/developers continue to put up new properties but generally for the local communities rather than the holiday home market. The orca area is set to have new builds around that proposed amusement park so building is continuing.
