I used to send out a newsletter with all the things which concern the owners of Don Juan. As the regular readers will have noticed there hasn´t been a new one for a while.
There are three reasons for that
- due to me being in hospital so long I have to work very hard to catch up and earn money. I have hardly time for this free service
- I mentioned it on EOS a month or so ago and I got quite a number of requests on top of the existing list. It takes a while to make certain everyone is qualified for reception as you need to be the owner of an apartment in phase I and do a thorough check.
- The list got so big that´s it´s no longer fit for a manual approach so I had to find a specialized list manager who handles opt-outs, bouncing e-mails etc in a proper privacy secured way. I bought into such a service as I intend to use it for other lists I have to maintain as well, but it takes time to set it all up and time is at the moment scarce.
When the dust settles (the current flood of requests for rental apartments, the two weeks we were only arranging and reshuffling people (renters and owners) around who either couldn´t arrive or couldn´t leave while in case of the owners this was extra difficult because we had organized renters just after their visit and as we advertise all over Europe some arrived so the owners had to relocate etc.) I promise to pick it up again.
P.S. Everybody who send me a PM to be on that list didn´t even get an acknowledgement but rest assured I have all the requests.
