Can anyone help with a phone call I received last week requesting my e mail address to send me information regarding the setting up of the community on La Isla.  To date I have received nothing, I have since e-mailed Polaris world to clarify this but no surprise have had no reply from them. Many thanks, Janet

Hi Janet,

I don't know who phoned you, but no one should be phoning you to ask such information.  Unless it was from the administration company?  The official Condado de Alhama community website is www.cdagr.eu, La Isla will be joining the main community soon in May.  The establishment of the La Isla Level 2 community and the election of the level 2 and level 3 presidents will take place at the AGM on May 29th.

If you wish to gain access to the private infromation on the community site and go on the official mailing list, then see the details on the front page.

Phil

Just a website set up by one of the residents on La Isla to try to get the owners talking ( I think ), not an "official site".  Although it could become that, for La Isla level 2, if the owners vote whoever runs it in as a community president.

Hi and thanks for your answers. Bought the apartment for myself and 2 boys, aged 17 and 14 thinking with all Condado and the promised town center had to offer, it would be somewhere we could all have some good holidays. Apart from that dont know much more so will probably be bombarding you all with a hundred and one questions!! So what exactly does being brought into the community mean and can anyone tell me when we will come off builders electricity and water. I remember that there are set up fees when this happens but are you advised or do they just take them automatically out of your bank account.

Cheers

Janet.
