Form 210 - Non Residence Tax

Could someone please advise what I have to do here?

I am sure there was a post on here about it but I am struggling to find it

ps I paid what I believe was my council tax to the offices in Alhama de Murcia - This was the 1st time since buying the property

I set up a direct debit for June this year and had to pay 70.03 euros for my arrears

I am a little bit disappointed that I haven't had any replies to my question - I've must have upset you all!

Again any guidance would be appreciated

Hi Graham

We used guy called John Bosdet  - www.spanishtaxforms.co.uk.  You fill up an online Form and there is also an 0800 number you can use.He arranged everything for us including pick up of stickers you require to have.He was very helpful and efficient.Think cost was about £70 total and considering my Solicitor wanted £105 plus several other fees for completing same form,we were really pleased with the service John provided.Hope this helps.

we have not seen anything at all on the none residents tax

do you get reminder via post

who and how do you pay

when is it due

is there another fine for late payments

can someone advise please

You don't get a reminder, you have to calculate it and submit the form yourself.  You pay a year in arrears so 2009 tax has to be paid by end Dec this year.  You can take the form to the bank to pay.  If you're late they can fine you but it's not automatic.
