I believe the green fees they are charging on Condada and all the other PW course are about to

change,Doe's any one know the new charges.Also has the start time for the twilight changed

I was in the pro shop a couple of days ago asking about prices.

The girl said it was now 55 euros per round on Condado, which didn't include a buggy.

My understanding is thst 55 euros is the residents rate, although I do not think they are strict on proving that you are a resident.

I've only ever paid residents rate on other PW courses & have never been asked for any details.

I do recall that there used to be a form which you could fill out for people renting your property giving them temporary resident status & ensuring they only pay resident green fees. For peace of mind, it may be worth checking with PW on this.
