Am I at the right Forum !

I have been waiting to buy a property at Arenal Duquesa for over 18 months now, as paid a deposit in October 2008 and the agent is still telling me that there are issues with the Developer and some apartments have not completed including mine ! Am I at the right forum, as I was meant to be buying Modulo 5, Portal 17, Planta 3A, ! I am hoping that the stories from the agent are true and it is not a fraud, but if somebody could confirm I am at the right forum and development that would be great, as at least I can then read with interest the stories and blogs. Equally if somebody has moved into the apartment then that would not be such good news as means that I am definitely being sailed down a river and over a cliff by the agent !

With regard to your apartment not being ready I do not see why as have been in that block for the last 18months, and as far as  I can see all the other apartments are ready are you sure you have the right forum and fase ,We are in Fase 1, Modulo 17, and 2 floors below what would be your apartment there are about six apartments around mine that I do know have people in and a lot more that have been sold and are waiting for the people to move in , You should chase your SOL up and find out what is going on as I say can not see any reason why you should not move in , double check you have the right fase and complex.

Welcome to the forum.

I have PM'd you. I'm one of your neighbours if you are in Phase 1.  The only reason I can think of for you not being in already is if you are in Phase 2, 3, or 4.
