I have been waiting to buy a property at Arenal Duquesa for over 18 months now, as paid a deposit in October 2008 and the agent is still telling me that there are issues with the Developer and some apartments have not completed including mine ! Am I at the right forum, as I was meant to be buying Modulo 5, Portal 17, Planta 3A, ! I am hoping that the stories from the agent are true and it is not a fraud, but if somebody could confirm I am at the right forum and development that would be great, as at least I can then read with interest the stories and blogs. Equally if somebody has moved into the apartment then that would not be such good news as means that I am definitely being sailed down a river and over a cliff by the agent !
