Been looking at the website for the new Zone to be developed in Lorca with 1billion Euros investment from the Chinese Government

Very impressive development...definitely be interesting to see how it progresses.

They could save a lot of money.  Buy out PW and complete the development here with alterations to planning.   Ooh a nice Chinese restuarant would go nicely in Al Kasar

Maybe instead of the Oasis we can have a China town?!

The impressions look good but if you study carefully it will only be a fifth of the size of Condado which just go to shows was a massive project ours is.  From a golfing perspective its disappointing they will spend all that money and only put a 9 hole golf course in.  A great 18 hole course would help to further put Murcia on the golfing map.
