Air Conditioning

Hi,

I hope that someone can help, I have been told by my keyholder that one of my air con units which also doubles as a heater doesnt work.

I had the units x 3 fitted by a Gary Legget of Polar Air about a year ago just after completion. His number is no longer in use. Does anyone know if he too has fell foul of the financial crisis, If so any recommentdations for an engineer that can help or any other ideas for that matter. I assume as with any electronics in the EU the units are subject to a 2 year warranty??

Any help would be appreciated.

I used 'Chillout Costa Blanca' for my installation & they are very reliable.  If you speak to Aaron he may be able to repair/service your broken unit.

Hi, I had Fujitsu units fitted by Polar Air. Apollo Air (Steve) has been very helpful as Gary is no longer around. I understand Apollo have taken over the manufacturer warrranty on the Fujitsu units. What happens to warranties depends on the particular manufacturer apparently.

I can recomend Chill out,Aarron has come out to help a friend of mine who had trouble with is air con,

i also had this company to fit my own air con.

Thanks for everyone that has replied to this thread and those that have sent me PM's.

I have rectified the problem extremely quickly given the difficulty of our situation and the units are now all blowing hot air which is a must given the time of year.

My absolute thanks to Apollo Air for their prompt and effecient service, they have negotiated with the distrubuters to safeguard the warranty's for units fitted by Polar Air (Gary Leggett- who has legged it).

Dont know what we would have done without them, so from me a huge recommendation to anyone seeking an Air Con firm. Oh and by the way NO I dont work for them or know of them personally, I have never had dealings with them until this week and they have bailed me out of the s**t, so it's only fair I speak as I find when giving them a big thumbs up!!!!!
