Between my wife, Pilar Alonso, clients and friends, I have built up quite a picture of what is going on with the El Trampolin Hills development. I understand that many people have put up large amounts of money against a home in Spain. I also understand that some money handed over was done so without using a Lawyer. Now that the development is in further trouble I fail to understand why everybody that has found themselves in a position of losing everything, have not emplyed a Spanish Lawyer. My wife is not the only english speaking Lawyer in Murcia but from what I understand there are many people that have just given up or feel that something will happen to get their money back without making any effort. There is an opportunity to make a claim against El Trampolin but that opportunity will not come without some effort on behalf of the owners.
