Rumour

Heard a rumour recently  [ from the agent we bought through!!!] that planning has been granted for 3 phases!!! Probably another load of rubbish!! Even if they have got final planning TH will  still have to get financial backing!!!i

Have been dealing with 2 Lawyers, who both say 'wait and see'!! If there is no money in the 'pot' no point in taking legal action.            I wonder if Spain, as a country, soon realise they have to get their act together, forget TH!!!   Laws have to be changed... as what most  civilsed people would say, that TH has acted fraudently!!! Selling something they, basically ,haven't got ,is FRAUD!! No-one with an ounce of brain will purchase new property , off plan, here now,  there is too much bad publicity!!!  So the building trade as a whole will suffer unless things change. After all, the Brits are major purchasers!!Times have changed, sadly, to late for the purchasers of TH and many others here in Spain.

Sadly you are correct ... TH will NEVER be built and YES ... the laws in Spain simply allow "Criminal Fraud" to perpetuate. Surely all FRAUD is Criminal i hear you say ... NOT IN SPAIN. Anyway the reality is that TH has been mortgaged to the hilt by Gupo Trampolin (I understand to the tune of some €100million by CAM Bank) with the Hills concept having contributed a further 70% of the full COMPLETED purchase price to Antonio's coffers. On top of this the entire development is fully covered by embargos. I have been communicating my frustrations on this forum for many months now but none of you appear to want to listen. Indeed one nameless "lady" (if indeed that is what she is) even becomes quite abusive simply because my problems are with El Trampolin / Solera and NOT TH! Trust me ... it is all one and the same ... Antonio now spends most of his time on his Yacht paid for by us all! The solution ... if there is one ... is to prove "CRIMINAL fraud" as I have done and to issue a Querrella. In my case i paid for a property for which they took my money on a legal contract only to move in someone else and take an identical payment from them ... even in Spain that is FRAUD!

Saying that an urbanization including a golf course, shopping centre, and hotels in Campos del Rio have presented to the council final plans which should be approved and construction begin!!! Also saying not the fault of the council but of Grupo Trampolin!!! What a surprise!!!!

We wait and see[again]!!!The Informer does mention discontent amongst buyers!!! I cannot understand why!!!!!!
