Polaris World Owner or CEO?

Does anyone have the name and e-mail address of the owner or CEO of Polaris World please?  We have been banging our heads off a brick wall since April and want to try and see if I can get any reaction from the "Boss"?

The president of Polaris world is Jose Luis Hernandez de Arce. I do not know his email address. I am attaching an article for you to see who he is...and I reckon you migh have seen him already in all the advertising on TV that Polaris used to do in the past.

I am sorry I cannot be of help with the email address but I guess you can try to write to him to Polaris head office in Balsicas.

If the worst comes to the worst then I think he (or certainly one of the more senior directors) lives on Mar Menor resort.  Am sure any of the owners there will point you in the right direction.  His house is always guarded outside by security men.

Thanks  Phil (and Arlene & Maria),

Will give the e-mail address a go and see if anything comes of it.

Bascially,  the problem is that in March we had a flood in our apt in Jardines 2 due to faulty PW workmanship, for which PW initially offered a level of compensation, albeit quite low. However, now they seem to be renaging and don't answer our e-mails or calls, even though the Condado Directoria  (Marian) visited the apt and also seemed very positive.

We live in hope!
