Firstly i am so sorry for my bad english!!!
This week we signed the title deed for our Penthouse. We rented another Penthouse , very impressive vieuws and thanks to the owners!!
We did snagging by ourselves, only a few points! mostly cleaning issues.
Visiting the notary was one of the biggest days in my life. Chaotic, took us 3 hours and we have learned to wait.
Gardeners were busy all over the place in the resort.
A lot of people worked on the course ( 50?) Cutting grass, sowing seed, removed bushes etc. etc.
PW told us that the golfcourse opened at the 15 of november also the 2 restaurants and the temporary clubhome. Because of the crisis no big party but an official opening with Jack. Buiding new clubhome will be started in december. Sports facilities/area will be build next year, they had to do this for the region. They will be build for the people of Alhama de Murcia and is free for anyone.
One of the restaurants were busy with workmen, in the temporary clubhouse were also a lot of people. Looked at the floorplan and it would be great. The parking place will be next of "our" block 16. A shovel rubbet out (??) this area and people cleaned up this area.
In general there were not too much people on the resort till yesterday evening. I think the british people have holiday next week.
Doggyshit was on the football field were i played football with my son of 4 years old. Doggyshit also in one of the gardens of the Penthouses and one guy was walking with his dog on one of the fairway's.
Driving range looks great, a lot of people worked there also.

At the gate we had to show our passports several times.
Monday and friday very good weather, friday about 26 degrees.
