Ground Floor Apartment understair recess cupboard conversion

Hi Everyone,

Could someone help us please and point us in the right direction. We've been looking back through the threads but cant find any info on who does the "under stair recess cupboard conversions! " Would love to know who does them and how much they cost.

We are getting it done next year on our three bed, need outdoor space really!

After looking around the resort we liked Paco Molina's work - his van is always around the resort and I have dug out the advert we bought back detailing prices and phone numbers (one is English speaking) - see below:

The English speaking number it tells you to contact is: 670 279 068 or 687 457 985 (if you want to practise your Spanish!)

Price not clear on the cupboard but to give you an idea of costs, they charge 750E Aluminum enclosure for the washing machine/utility at the back & 350E to fit/provide a shower screen.

If you do get a quote from them, let us know how much they charged? thx

We have had a quote for our understairs cupboard for 750euros this was by Tracey and Mark of Fairways there number is 0034 693 580 524 we have had most of our furniture supplied through them and they are really good and very helpful.
