Hi Everyone

As owners walking round the course on Saturday we noticed some activity around the proposed shop area. We went over to do our nosey and found out the shop was being stocked. Half of the area is going to be a cafe selling teas, coffees and sandwiches.There will also be freshly baked breads,and croisants.. The other half will be like a corner shop and will sell fresh fruit & veg. The official opening is on Friday 16th Oct  at 7pm and anyone on site is invited to attend. The owner has indicated the shop may be open from Thurs if things go to plan. Hope to meet up with as many owners as possible as this will provide us with somewhere communal until our clubhouse is ready which has reached the second level of build now.

Hi Jonathan

We completed earlier this week on a Tilo apartment. The process was very smooth and easy. All the utility connections are set up and should be in place for us moving in. We paid the standard connection charges for Electricity,Water and Gas and Corvera arranged all the paperwork for us to sign. There are some pretty up to date photos on Corvera Golf  and Country Club Information web site. The outside areas are looking superb as is the golf course where a tinge of green can be seen on the fairways. Security on site is impressive and the sales office has been moved onto the main site. I am told that telephone lines are installed and it is just a matter of choosing your server. We are looking forward to meeting our new neighbours. We will probably be on site again sometime next week.
