DAVID MILLIBAND - FOREIGN SECRETARY

 Have just posted a lengthly email to David Milliband on milibandd@parliament.uk.

I will be enclosing my contract stating money is protected by bank guarantee that Cam Bank are refusing to issue, and the bank account details showing money paid to a Clayton GES account supposedly ring fenced for bank guarantee monies in letter form.

The Foreign Secretary has the contact details for Mr. Antonio Hernández-Gomis

I would urge all UK buyers to do the same and reiterate my comments that the Foreign Secretary intervene and contact both Cam Bank and Clayton GES in order to arrange refunds under the terms of contract as the developer is in default and has received and accepted deposits and not protected buyers interest in contradiction to Spanish Law.

yes I have had a response. he told me to f...k off everyone knows spain is the most corrupt shisters in the whole world, and we can do nothing about the country, stop moaning and go back to stacking shelves until you have saved up again. in the meantime I am going to vote to increase the grant to the morally corrupt scum by 10%
