Looking for long term economical rental

Looking for rental, while there are no services on Condado I am looking for an economical rate.

When there are services, of course we can renegotiate the rental rate.

2 or 3 bedrooms, location not important, un furnished or furnished.

I am working locally and do not need the services that are short coming from Polaris World.

Thanks Jan, but unfortunately we are not in the market for long term rental.  Our view at the moment is that people who are wanting long term rental are seeking to pay such a low sum each month that, taking into account the loss of chance for short term rentals and the wear and tear on your furniture, air con etc etc, it just wouldn't be financially worthwhile.   Thanks anyway.

I know there are plenty of other people with different views that are looking for long term rentals and I am sure that Isabel will find something to suit. 

Isabel - there are some properties advertised on this website and also on the polarisrentals.com website that are specifically advertising long term rentals.  Hope you manage to get fixed up with something.

Totally agree by charging low rates for long term how can this possibly cover the cost of everything.

eg. seen an apartment adveritised charging 300 euro per month for long tern rent this is crazy you could not even get a one bedroom flat in England for this.

How can it cover cost of community charges, and Inland Revenue (Spanish), plus utilities.

This will definatley lower the tone of the resort, which we bought and advertise as 5* resort.
