Community Booklet?

Hi,

We've just completed on Jardin 01 and are going over for the weekend to organise furniture, etc.  I read on another forum that there is some sort of rules book.  Can anyone let me know how to get my hands on one?

Also, is there anything else I need to know for this first trip?

Yes

You might need a builders clean even if you have not done your snagging yet.As it may help to highlight some minoe problems. Polaris do not do a builders clean

But get the clean done before you furnish your appartment if you can as It is much easier

Unfortunately I'm not setup for pm'ing as yet soI have requested the access.  Hopefully it'll be setup today and I'll get back to you then. 

We're ok for somewhere to stay but thanks for the recommendation.  Re: snagging, we're about to do our second snag to see if everything has been done so this weekend is just about preparing what we need, etc.

I'll certainly give Carol a call and hopefully meet up this weekend.
