POST BOX and Community of Owners

Below is information I received today from my contact in Customer Services:

I would also like to inform you that recently the community of owners has been established, their office is in our Call Center on the Resort. Please visit them during your next stay and they will give you all relevant information on the community, as well as the key to your post box on the Resort.

The company who runs the community of owners is RESORT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, telephone number +34 968 010 949. I hope this information is useful for you.

Where did you receive this? Was it by email?

Sounds to me they have finally got a property management together now which will be responsible for the running of the gardens etc, so next  thing will be the community tax which will be taken out of our bank accounts.   This property management will be go on for about 12 -18 months before they hand it over to us.

Please note that once the builders supply for the utilities is connected, it will not be disconnected any more until the final meters will be installed. In your case it is still the builders supply. We do not have a confirmed date for the installation of the meters, but some of the properties already have the water meter and the electricity meters will also be installed soon. So probably you may already have the meters for your next visit. (Till then, the builders supply is for free for you.)
