Aall that people who bought a house on "Moratalla" and are afraid of losing their money

let me know, so we can together see what we can do to get our money back  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are already waiting for more then a year to start the building of our houses: it's enough.

I will try to get the names of as many people as possible.

bring back public hanging is the only forward for the corrupt spanish

 Has anyone been able to get any money returned from the El Balcon builder, if so which solicitor did you use please?

Also anyone had experience of dealing with Helder from Crown Overseas Property Group on any legal matters inc El Balcon? I am tying to find out how good they are and their track record, qualifications etc.

In view of changes in the law to do with buying off plan, has anybody been able to obtain their money back from  the El Balcon builder, if so which solicitor did you use please?

Take it the site was never completed?
