good 1 wenger. your a poet and you didnt know it. do you wanna tip?dont scratch your a''e with a broken bottle.

reaper i never started no rumour, but merely informing people of an email which a la tercia buyer got. if that is not the information you want to hear then sorry. if you want to verify it go to la tercia real  google  groups owners. you could of asked me that and it would have saved you money(i doubt 900).better still i mentioned at the time where the info came from.by the sounds of it your a bit of a dreamer(boats, sailing, sand etc) so dream on ill not disturb you anymore.maybe john grace will have a change of heart and give you your money back. by the way there were people like you on the la tercia forum, didnt want any negative(as they seen it) talk or anyone questioning the builders wisdom. do you know what? it all came back to bite them on the a''e, and now they are fighting them legally to salvage something. so good luck on your crusade and remember where you heard it first.

Hi all. My lawyer has just been in contact to say that Peinsa are not in receivership, and have a number of people completing this month. I have also  just returned from Aguilas after talking with my bank manager who has one of those clients, and he spoke with their head office this morning to make sure everything is in place. All ok at the moment. The residents meeting was well attended last night with 70 or 80 people in attendance. Unfortunately, the meeting was only to discuss the formation of the committee, and legalities concerning this, so it may be a few weeks before the meetings start with Pulpi. San Juan is a fantastic place to live, and my only wish is that it becomes even better. The one thing that really annoys me is when people take advantage of others for financial gain. I think that most of the posters here are only trying to help, as often information is posted to serve a purpose. Above every consideration is the situation some people find themselves in whereby thjey have invested their lifesavings and dreams into a property. Through no fault of their own, they sometimes stand to lose everything, and people stand by and watch even though they have info which could be of help. I personally want to thank everyone who posts here, and lets hope that everything turns out well. However, if I hear definative proof of bad news I will have no hesitation in posting this, as time can be of the essence.

Peinsa have not been declared in receivership. This does'nt mean that they haven't applied for it. The Registro Mercantil does not have records of the applications. On the BOE (Bulletin of the State), no announcement has been made either.

We have just returned from San Juan and can confirm that the builders are not in receivership.

A lot of the houses on phases 1-3 are now occupied with people moving in on a daily basis based on what we saw during our stay.  There is even a family occupying a south facing house on Phase 4 (the only one's on the street, which was a bit unusual to see).

The Architect was on site, together with a number of workman carrying out remedial work.

The site office is open, with a notice to say that over the next few Saturdays it will be closed.

A number of re sales - certainly on phase 3 were evident.

The site office suggests another builder has been secured to finish the development and is due to start in 5 weeks - if this happens, we will need to wait and see.

Houses which are open to the rear on Phase 1 have had their boilers removed by thieves, there has also been a couple of breakins on other houses, therefore for those who have already completed or about to complete, worth seriously considering additional security.

The weather was fantastic given the time of year, the carnival in Aguilas also very much worth seeing.

Just back. Things are livening up now. There were eight cars parked in our road the other day and barbecues going. We had 19 degrees most days and we went to the Carnival last saturday. It was the biggest fancy dress party with thousands of people all ages around and about the square. We must have been the only ones not dressed up.

If anybody is looking for accommodation for a visit, PM me!
