It is not in the center of Aguilas, you have to drive towards Playa Calabardina and you'll see a big sign that says Los Collados.

If you can't get the Finca number (Registry number, not the road number), you may be able to locate the owner at the cadastre. For that, you can already locate the property online (ovc . catastro . meh . es) putting the province, town, road and eventually number. This will bring you to a map where you can pinpoint the property and obtain a "cadastral reference". This cadastral reference, if shown to the Cadastre office (I beleive in Alicante, it is SUMA that deals with it - (suma . es) - their site is also in english), will give you the name of the (cadastral) owner.

The Mayor of Zurgena has been arrested together with the responsible for urban planning, the town architect  and a couple of more people, including Antonio López Ramos (Antonio de la Jacinta) .

Just a question of time before all the building licenses of el Cucador, Los Carasoles, La Alfoquia, Los Llanos del Peral and Los Menchones are revoked (hundreds of properties will probably soon become illegal).

Hi Suz,

Are you still so sure about buying from New Horizon Villas now that Antonio de la Jacinta and the Mayor of Zurgena has been arrested for fraud and corruption?
