Hello all,

I have just bought an apartment at balcones, and would like to ask for some information.

I am flying over in October (probably into Granada, but maybe Malaga) to furnish the place but need to find out were i can hire a van - ford transit size. I have searched on the web and can only find people carriers.

has anyone carried a van load of furniture up from IKEA in malaga, if so can you give me the van hire company details.

Hi Kevin,

 

We looked to buy at mirador, and put down a deposit in 2007.

However since that, there has been a global slow down, with the UK and spain housing markets effectively stopping.

The mirador complex has stopped, so consiquently we were offered a completed balcones apartment which is quite good.

Rudina own this land, and it looks like they are not going bust, so they will have to complete the building - both mirador and phase 2 balcones.

you should contact them direct - see the Rudina web site  for full contact details.

I am unsure as to whether they will tell you when the development is complete, as the global problem is that banks are, at this moment in time not lending money. So, looking at the bigger picture, I suppose only the banks know when all developments are to be completed.
