Apartment sizes/Calling all geeks/Whose got a tape measure.

Ok call me sad, say I've got too much time on my hands, tell me to get a life

Having spend sooooo much time there over the past couple of weeks, I've been converted into a fan of IKEA.  On the UK web site you can download thier planner S/W (http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_GB/rooms_ideas/home_planner_09/IKEA%20Home%20Planner.exe ) to enable you to do a 3D plan of your room.  I've used this to create a plan of the 2 bedroom apartment ;-

I think this is a great tool to get a feel of the apartment sizes, and if you buying stuff from ikea you can place the actual items in the rooms to see what they look like.  For example the beds look better, to me, under the window as it gives more room between them and the wardrobe.

The room sizes are pretty accurate, as are the windows and positions but to be honest I didn't take full measurements of the apartment so the kitchen, bathroom, hallway arn't quite right but are pretty close.

So.  if anyone is interested and can get, or has, full measurements of the apartment, i can create an accuate plan to share.

I see you are on Naranjos, as all propertys differ slightly in measurements albeit only a few  inches

( sorry to old to learn the new  measurements)

I wonder if you know if the measurements are the same for  all the apartments .

Your measurements are great by the way.

We .have snagitmurcia to do our snagging,  so have not seen our apartment yet.
