After 7 years of ownership and excessive fan usage we have finally relented and realised Aircon would be a good investment.

Think we could manage with just the lounge being done on our 3 bed gnd floor apt and need cold air in the summer warm in the winter (although the later is not particularly needed). Ive also seen these units that have sensors for if the room is empty to auto turn off - great idea as whilst we dont rent out we have teenagers that dont seem to understand the concept of electricity bills!

Any recomendations on supply, fitting and ongoing servicing companies would be appreciated..

brought over from UK a while ago but hardly used.
