Hi all,
           As said before we are going over to there this week and we have no keys because our solicitor in Mazarron had 1 set and pw have the other.
As we cannot get the set that she has got till the next day, I emailed PW customer services and they said if I gave them passport numbers and times of arrival they would try their best to make sure that the the keys would be at the security gate. That saves me looking for the office so that also saves paying for them to be posted at a great cost.

Hi Ruth

I'm hoping to get to the Condado Monday around 4 ish.  (That sounds good it's not even a week now to go - yabadabadoda).  Who did you speak to in Customer services 'cause when I spoke to them on Friday all they said was to pick my key up from the office on Condado, whereever that may be.

Hi scapa email them only  if you are going over on a weekend and sorry not if you are going Monday to friday! slap me did not explain properly. then you can collect them from security at the gate.
Just had a confirmation email from Nieves puertus Perez.  Hope it helps and they have replied very fast to my emails. will see you in the flesh soon too. will be there on sunday.
