CAM internet banking-HELP

Hi everyone.

Please help, has anyone set up their internet banking from home? I've spent the last hour tying to and think now that I need and I am now turing into whoever has the image of the person headbutting their pc .

Hi Tamsin,

Did CAM give you a log in number for your internet banking?  They gave  us a number in a sealed envelope which is our log in number - the first number that you type in is on your paperwork and then you put the security log in number in the second box.  Ours works fine.  I think they said that the first number is your passport number with a 7 in front of it - although not sure whether that applies to everyone.

Thanks Debbie, that makes alot more sense. I nearly jumped for joy when it went onto another screen but then used my handy site to translate and it said that the site is down for maintence at the moment  but hopefully I have it now.....at least I now know my passport number off by heart

Hi Tamsin,

I noticed you had to translate the site.  Don't know if you have found it yet but under the CAM Directo logo there is a drop down box for idioma (language). Choose "welcome" and it all magically changes to english when you log in!  I would have been struggling without it!!
