I think we had password sent in the post. It was ages before we completed because it shows your account with them. Like how much deposit we had paid and how much more to pay on completion and stuff.
I guess you will have to ask PW.
Have you had a PW discount card sent yet?
Mine arrived couple of days ago.
I applied for them in July when we were staying at La Torre.
