We were told that when the developer bought the land from Marbella Club they bought it with the assurance from the Town Hall that there would be enough capacity to supply electricity to La Hacienda and Marbella Club. This proved to be wrong and they are now building a substation (the big white building by the new bridge) which should be completed soon and supply will change from builders supply to our own individually metered supply in the near future. So it shouldn’t be too long before the lifts are working and we have to find another way to keep fit! V
