We are coming over on a holiday from 3 may to 10 may.  Is there anybody on site? Are you away Thea, would love to meet up with you.

Are any of the lifts working yet, is there lighting in the stairway?

I am thinking of calling maggie woods, does anyone recommend her?

I see from the forum that the water meters were installed on 16 december, does anybody know what i should be doing to make sure we have water in the apt when we arrive?

Were the electrical meters installed?

Hi Linda, I have replied more fully to your private email. I think you should telephone Caroline at the office to let her know you are coming and to check that the electricity will be on in your apartment. Also, call your lawyer to ask about your water supply. We were metered in mid December and your lawyer should be able to sort out your account for you if it has not already been done. We are not metered for electricity yet, though it should be fairly soon as the electricians are working hard at the metering sites.

The stairway lights are working ok but the pathway lights are not on at all. I have given up asking for them to be turned on, I am just speaking to a brick wall. The lights are on around the swimming pools only.
