Yes, not that Peinsa have let anyone know. Hope they sleep well at night..........they have only had our money for over 3 years and we have nothing at all to show for it. Just a few grey hairs and alot of stress and debt.

Can yiu please confirm where you got this information from and where it can be confirmed legally for buyers as it dramatically changes their status and Peinsa have still not written to any owners
Thed lawyers also do not seem to be aware of the receivership

Hi all,
I work for a Law Firm who is representing clients in lawsuits against PEINSA and our Barrister had informed us of this fact.
I have just spoken to the Barrister for an update and he informed me that the Judge dealing with the "Voluntary Liquidation" of PEINSA has rejected the application by them due to not having sufficient debts to grant it.
