Yes joe. All so stressful you don't know who is relating to what in the end. Signing out again! None of us know what on earth is going on re interest as they just tell us anything I now believe. Two months, then three, then six - nearly a year for us now and still the lawyer has no news of a date. ? Who knows the story. !

Hi Val, yes you are right about the interest - the only reason the Bank have to pay us is because they illegally kept our money even though we had BG's.   The court ruled they would have to pay costs too.  Who knows what is right though as it is all so confusing! I really am not 100 per cent sure why it is or even how much!  Been taking so long to get the interest it's unbelievable!  Hope you are OK anyway and give my regards to Pam if you see her.

Shame she didn't keep in touch but I can understand it as we are all sick of it all!

Joe, did you read my posting correctly?  It is the Bank that have to pay us according to the Court ruling.  Where have you got the idea the Developer has to pay us??  I've quite clealy stated it is the Bank.

I shall be glad when the whole sorry mess is finalised.

We too have had monies (deposit) back thank God but still waiting for the interest and costs awarded by the court last June!  I cannot believe the way this country is run to be honest.  What is the point in awarding this to us and then not making someone pay it!  It's the Bank that have to pay us as they with-held our deposit even though we had BG's.

Exhausting the whole process.
