Oasis

Just uploaded some pics from other forum thanks to Ann. Looks to me like they have started putting up the Oasis! It is on the opposite side of the road to the Foro.

Hi Barry & Sue,

Looking at that photo's that is the Foro and behind is La Isla,  From that view the Oasis would be a lot further to the right.

I wish it was the Oasis

I agree Paul, that is definatley La Isla.  Well on now with constuction.  I heard that they had started to dig out around La Isla for the lake which surrounds it & The Oasis.  Next year for that seems to be the current forecast.  Foro seems to be progressing quickly.  We must have some alternative to the bar by next spring, I guess PW recognise the bussiness opportunity to progress it ast speed.  Not sure how many dwellings have been sold by now - but must be close on 2.5k?......Our grumpy bar man can't handle more than 10 people mid -week, so a couple of thousand of us in very thirsty weather will have him in goosed!!

Yes I thought it was taken from the perimiter road but obviously it is from the internal Jardines/penthouses road.

Oasis - build to commence early 09, subject to approval by national goverment (Murcia council already sanctioned). When you visit you will see ground work has already been done including main drains.

Foro - opening early 09. majority of units have been sold (they are not being rented).
Golf course - completed April 09 (all 18 holes). Playable August.

Properties sold;
Jardines - only 15 unsold and these are resales
Frontline Penthouses (phase 1) - 85% sold, phase 2 delayed 2-4 years
Naranjos- 80% sold
Golf studios commence build Jan 09
Villas - prices 500k Euros - 1.2m, 20 to be built early 09, and a furher 20 later 09.

Land between Jardines and golf course, whilst this will be built on eventually, it will not be for the forseeable future. In the meantime landscape is to be softened, including the planting of Olive trees.

OMG!       Where did you get this info from salsdn?  I hope you are right.

The Foro and golf course seems feasible also what you say about Frontline Penthouses and Naranjos.

What you say about the Jardines I don't  agree you only have look on PW website and go on their search engine for properties and the last count for the Jardines are 65 (and these do not include re-sales).

The Golf suites too are possible but where have you got the info on the villa s and the planting of olive trees??

Like I said if you are correct thats good but I would be interested where you have read/heard this?

Salsdn, do you know what businesses/facilities  are going into the Faro?

Scapa - sorry to confuse...15 are new ones that have not been sold originally, these do not include any resales, be it PW where original buyers have not been able to complete,or private sellers who have completed, but want to sell on. There are no new top floor apartments left

Villas are happening, apparently some purchasers on El Valle, have transferred to these.

Landscaping is happening. Information direct from PW  sales offices on site.
