We have an apartment in Jardin1 and we have both watched and listened to the bikes going up and down the hill across from the site , must say the noise was terrible even inside the apartment. This is not what we want to listen to when we sit on our terrace.

We used a company called Kover it, the covers are great and certainly stand up to the Spanish climate after we had bought various other covers which rotted in no time.
